Ok so I forgot to add the tabby markings, but you mention Jack Russel and I got that really cool spacey idea ha ha ;v;
The space gradient on the markings is very easy, make a new layer above the main color, draw the markings, then lock alpha it. While it is lock alpha, all you have to do is follow the gradient pattern of light blue - light purple, as seen on the color references, down the body. Then you just blur them all together, add stars, and done! I hope this design is satisfactory :>

I also ask that you do not trade or resell the design, you can however give it away for free or donate it to an adoption agency ouo [Although I'd really appreciate if you told me if you were doing that, ha ha ;v;"]
