Im unsure of the pet value on my side but I'm sure this is overpay for them. What should i add to make it fair?

Would this trade be fair, and would you personally accept it? They're valuing the green dragon at 4 '09 rares. I have 128 lions on my side.

lion counts:
'11 uncommons = 10
'12 uncommons = 22
'13 uncommons = 21
'13 commons = 4
'14 uncommons = 39
'14 commons = 32

Lions of note (I've found these can go for slightly more, with the snow lion having the highest demand of the group): '12 snow lion, 2 uncommon PPS cubs, 4 '13 purple winged Advent lions

yes this is fair!
using the 2:1 rule their pets are the equivalent of 4, 2010 uncommons. Technically, most people do 2:1 (ex, 2, 2010 uncommons for 1, 2010 rare) but they are offering 4:1 so they are offering overpay.
