Yep, my bad for not being more specific XD Locally we just call them "albinos" so that was the first word to come to mind, but its just a morph of the wooly that's all white <3 There's also a wives' tale that says seeing a white wooly means the upcoming winter is going to be extra snowy and harsh. Interesting little fellas!

I'm adoring all these dressups, they're so cute!

i absolutely adore the little guys!!
though theyre not a morph or coloration- theyre a different species, the Virginia tiger moth for example, as opposed to the 'banded' wooly bear species which is the isabella tiger moth. there are several different 'white' woolly species out there but most of them do fall into the tiger moth subfamily

My best guess for your lil guy would be the delicate cycnia or dogbane tigermoth

Oooohh!! That's really cool! So they must get confused a lot just because they're all so similar as caterpillars besides the color. Neat! Now I wanna look up a bunch of different moths xD

Don't care what type of Caterpillar this guy is supposed to be. Took one look at him and fell in love...and also got Yoshi's Island music stuck in my head from looking at him (hence his name)

Not complaining, mostly requesting more super fluffy/fuzzy pets like this.

As a merle lover that's been my thoughts as well. I've zoomed in to see if I can figure out the methods! Black magic if you ask me!

Glad y'all like him! I love doing merles. I usually just start with the base coat (in this case, the medium red color) and then go over roughly with patches of dark (dark red this time). Then go back in and refine those with little hair strokes and such in various shades, give it some natural variety, soften it a bit, add my white (or pink) markings on top, bada bing bada boom it's a merle. (☞ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)☞

@EmberWolf ok! So it turns out we color in our shades in the completely opposite order hahaha. I love it, and I am going to try your methods with my next merle pup xD thanks for explaining!
