Both of these are far overpaying - most likely, the dragon will either be uncommon or rare - but I'd take the first one, personally.

This is MASSIVELY unfair to them. Their pet is an MA, and your pets wont come close to covering that

Personally, I'd accept that trade - all of them are old uncommons, and all true dates, making them worth quite a bit, and they want a re-release in turn, rather than a true date. I'd do it!
