Hiya! How much is the 2021 store cat set (including pps) worth?

I had someone offer me a trade with an '09 vr rerelease (2022), a '10 rare and some current dec litter results I need and when asking for help was told they were overpaying.

However I'm getting singular trade requests for the pps alone with bulk qtys of wishlist uncommons, and one with uncommons, items, and two of this month's bird store pets so I'm really confused on the trade values and I do want to make a trade worth with the person wanting the whole set. I'm absolutely someone who considers rarity over drastic date gaps (ei I'm not interested in giving you 3 uncommons for a common that's several years older for example) so I'm just struggling to grasp at the whole set value ahh.

Any thoughts? Is there just extra demand for the pps cat that is skewing the offers I'm getting?

Technically worth three-month rule, but I'm collecting these guys and have found they are ridiculously hard to trade for. Pps lions are pretty popular, and few people seem to be willing to trade them. Here are some examples of what I've traded for this pet in the past vvv

2009 VR "Racecar" spider (at least I'm pretty sure this is the one called racecar)

Wondering what this is considered worth in terms of non/MA/etc or if it's regular 09 VR worth

edit: figured out it's more popularly known as the bumblebee spider! I think that means it's worth approx 2.5MA, which would be 14-23 '09 Rares worth; would someone be able to confirm, or correct?
