It depends on if the unicorn turns into a rare and if the cat turns into a common/uncommon. I would say if the unicorn turned into a rare and the cat became a common it would be.

As it stands right now, the trade is unfair to the other side.
The uncommon lion is unnecessary. The rares are within 3 months of each other, as are the unknowns.

depending on how high you value the Shima, it would still be unfair to you by much more then a sorbets worth.

Without demand, their side is probably worth 3 mid-advents.
The cake dog is worth 3-5, I believe, so without demand just your cake dog is fair.
With demand, sometimes the zodiacs can go for low advents.
Considering that neither of your pets has the best demand and they're hard to trade off, you could call it fair as is, or add some more rares/low advents.
