The first one is unfair to you. If you value an uncommon as two commons, then their 2014 uncommon is only worth a 2013 common. And then, a 2016 very common is worth less than a 2016 uncommon.
For the second one, the pets are within 3 months and are fair swaps. It's just a matter of preference here

Unfair to you both value and demand wise. Malk foxes could go for a bit of overpay while their dog is normal
