I disagree. The dog on their side is a tier 7 advent (re-released in 2016) worth 7-8 '09 rares. Your two tier 1 advents are worth 3-4 each, so your side adds up to 6-8 '09 rares. I'd say it's fair, but feel free to get another opinion!

Peppermint eared is worth 6-7 09' rares, so
4 17' store pets = 2 09' rares (late)
2 16' store pets = 1 09' rare (mid)
4 15' store pets = 2 09' rares (early)
You need to add around 1-2 09' rares, i don't think the commons/uncommons add up to one 09' rare.

I would, simply because I find it harder to trade up the list with lower tier pets. This is personal preference, but when I had my tier 1 I'd rarely get offered other advent lists for it, just '09 rares that I didn't have much use for. Also, from what I've seen, tier 7's are more in demand than the tier 1's (that aren't store pets). Hope this helps!
