the july pps is worth 1 non, while the purple toxic is worth 0.5 nons and the light leopard is 2 MA. Unless i'm missing something personally i don't think the rest of the pets/items/C$ don't quite make up the difference unless there's a valuable item

2020 store pets are worth a mid 2010 rare according to horror's list, and their nick dog is from april 2009, so would technically be overpay i believe! i am not sure if there is demand here that factors in

according to horror's list, 1 non is worth 100 to 150 2009 rares
from what i could find, the avocado ranges from 0.5 to 1 non, meaning at it's lowest it would be worth 50 2009 rares. There's about 90 rares on their side from what i can estimate, but almost all of them are not from 2009 (say two 2010 rares is one 2009, and three 2011 rares is one 2009, and so on)--I would say this isn't fair to your avocado

The b-wolf is the December 2009 VR Shima Luan one, I think this could help a bit!

given that, i would say not fair to you! unless you value nick pets especially high
my rule of thumb is usually two rares is equal to one very rare from the same year, so their pets wouldn't be worth even one of yours! please get a second opinion though, i'm not great with demand values if i can't find accurate data <3
