Should I accept keeping in mind people don’t usally trade list for C$? Or could someone offer me more?

This is as fair as you can get it, advents go for 100 chicken dollars if someone were to add more it would be them overpaying!

Strictly rarity wise I'd say that's pretty fair if you value the ur fox at its average value (1.5 nons)
Demand wise is up to you since I don't know where you value each pet ^^

The Snowflake Scarf Dog (C$ wise) is only worth 55C$, because it's a Tier 1 Advent List. They're overpaying already. (:
