Their side is worth 18 mid advents whilst yours is again worth 9 mid advents + a '09 rare.
Demand wise, it's up to you on where you value the rat.
Many people seem to struggle with trading off rats, so it's honestly up to you if you want to take the overpay.

Unfair to you. Each of your lists are worth 6-7 '09 rares, so they're worth 12-14 '09 rares together.
Their side is worth 10 '09 rares, so it's not enough for both of your lists.

2013 store pets are worth an early '09 rare, so their side is worth 3 '09 rares.
2016 store pets are worth an early '10 rare, so your side is worth 1 '09 rare + a '10 rare. The 2018 rares on your side don't add much.
