Staff Litter 2023 Discussion Thread

Aaaack, I adopted late. >.<

I'm always excited for this litter, though! The color palette this year is neat. It reminds me of lemonade. :]
There is a hint of mint green in there though hmmmm.

I'm hoping to stay up to date with all the sneaky hints and maybe even uncover one or two myself!

Idk if this is the right place to post this but here are my outcomes.

Out of the 45 staff dogs I got, I got 40 with the ID starting with 0E51D, and I got 5 with the ID starting with FE2CB.

0E51D pet:


FE2CB pet:

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question, but where do you find those IDs? The actual pet IDs from this litter (as in, the IDs listed on the pet’s adoption page) all start with 41, and I can’t find the IDs that include letters (such as FE2C & 0E51D), so now I’m curious to find out if my pets also have different IDs that include letters!

since we're already talking about it and i've always wondered, can someone explain pet IDs to me and how they work and why they are so important for some people? this is a common theme on a lot of sites but I don't know where to find them on the pets or what I'm looking for or what the value of those IDs is... and now that our staff pets supposedly have different IDs I have no idea what this means or why it's important, other than the fact that it could mean different outcomes. IDs have never made sense to me. Sorry if it sounds dumb T_T

EDIT: I DO know that on each pet's individual page it literally says "PET ID" with a number, I do get that much. I just don't know what it means or why it's important. Sorry if that was confusing. I meant I don't know where to find them in general on most pet adoption sites. ;-;

When you go to a pets page and right click on the pets image there should be an option to "open image in new tab". Since the pets have the same image the code should be the same code, but it's different this time. Hope that explains a little.

I applied but didn't make it (which I was super glad about when we had this whole 'reversed trades' business going on) but ngl I would have loved to make a staff pet, I would DIE for being able to design a pet!
