Not every very rare or rare gets to be on the list. The august lion pps is nowhere near valuable enough to be on the list, as it's just an 2012 very rare. There's other rares that will go onto the list sooner then the pps will.

It wont ever be on the list, at least for a very long time. People just imagine it to be a lot rarer because of demand.

These types of questions are literally impossible for me to answer until we know its rarity and how it's being traded about.
It will be at least very rare.
I paid Augusts for all three of my UR pets.
