They're willing to overpay, I just don't know if I should take it or not?

Personally i would take it, the sword is from the 2013 slumber party event and i'm pretty sure it was a free item. It doesn't have any special demand and i would say it's worth about a 2013 uncommon. get another opinion though.

'13 mid uncommon so...(4 uncommons same year = 1 rare of same year) '15 rare = 4 '15 uncommons = 2 '14 uncommons = 1 '13 uncommon....I personally would not accept as I like the item more than the rares they offered but it would be fair.

I would have to strongly disagree with you on that. The raven can fetch 1-3 sorbets (3 meaning a non). Their side only adds up to about a sorbet + UR apple. Personally I think you could get more with the raven. Saying that I would accept this. Demand also varies from person to person so It's really up to you if you want to accept it or not.
