How many 2012 uncommon beach event pets could I reasonably ask for in exchange for this early 2010 rare?

Rarity wise, you could ask for 16 '12 uncommons. Because of the quantity though, I think you'd be better off asking for closer to 8-10. c:

I know you said not to include new borns but this guys has PPS.
not sure Hm he is worth or wht the rarity is as i am very verrry new to this.

This pet is one of this months pets. The PPS means that it will no longer grow, so it has basically reached its full development. It will take a bit of time until the pets rarity will be known, but you can then see it when you click on the pet. I don't know if this is the answer you were looking for:). You could always go to the 'Adopt a newbie' thread, where you will be assigned specific players with some experience.
