And i agree so many lovely soft designs this year oh man, definitely had quite a few faves! <3

I love all of the goodies for this Valentines! 💜
I had a ton of fun working on my lovebird dogs, and in coloring Pyro's fjord horse line edits!

For anyone curious, the lovebird dogs are inspired by the following:


A fischer's lovebird


A yellow-collared lovebird


A violet lovebird


A black-masked lovebird


A dutch blue lovebird


A lutino peach-faced lovebird


A peach-faced lovebird

The last two are special, in that they're based on two bonded birds I had as a child. The first was a lovebird named Happy (who was some sort of creamino/turquoise pied cross, I think. The second is based on a quaker parrot (the only one that's not a lovebird), named Shaggy.





I miss these two boys. It seemed fitting to make one for each of them for Valentines, since I'm pretty certain they were a mated pair 💜

Today is my Superbowl. Eagles who? (Sorry for incoming long post!)


To start off with our monthlies, I LOVEEEE this outcome. I actually thought these were going to be based off of coral so I was surprised to see this gorgeous lotus flower design; I adore florals and flower motifs. Thank you June Bug for gifting me this outcome the other day <3

I was SO excited to see the couple for the 2nd gens! Particularly fond of this one:

But I'm so excited to see them all grown up!


The box of chocolate caterpillars is perhaps one of the cutest ideas I've ever seen.


My mom's favorite candy (like in general, not just for Valentine's!) is conversation hearts so I was so delighted to see this litter. I love the lil heart antennae on the caterpillars and the gradient on the horses!


It's hard to pick a fave of the hamsters. I looove the little hearts around them <3 Love the natural patterns mixed with hearts.


I think these lovebird PPS puppies have been picked from my dreams. Lovebirds (I actually wanted my user to be lovebird at one point), PPS dogs designed to be another species, and the most gorgeous colors. Literally everything I could want from a litter.


I feel bad that this post is so long already so here's my absolute faves of the other species.The heart-maned fjords are done so well; I also love the neopolitan one! Loving the eye edits on the cats, as well as how the artist used hearts within a classic tabby pattern. Loving the heart antlers and how the artist mixed in yellows and golds with the base colors, it just makes such a cool effect.

Again, sorry for the long post! To be honest, today and yesterday have not been the best and I honestly forgot about V-day pets until I logged on late today. Thank you to the artists for your hard work and these gorgeous pets!
