The uncommon 2010 is technically worth a 2012 rare, while the rares side adds up to a 2016 rare. So I'd say no, it isn't fair to the 2010 uncommon.

The top side adds up to a little over 1 2014 Uncommon.
One of the 2017 Rares would be fair with slight overpay for only the 2015 Common

1 2017 Rare = 1 2015 Uncommon = 2 2015 Commons - using the 4:1 ratio Uncommons to Rare
