Do pet's rarities go down after the eighteenth of December?

It Depends, But Normally it does go Down a tad (Not A lot and the rarity tag doesn't always change)
But I May be Wrong, So get Another Opinion XD

It shouldn't go rare any time soon. I had hundreds of those when they first came out. There are a LOT of them around. That particular outcome is being super hoarded by at least one person though. This makes them harder to find and bumps up the demand without raising the actual rarity.

Easily yes. The bar for rares is about to hit march 09 soon anyways.
