I believe unfair to you, the Rare Butterfly wolf.
Once this Halloween event over, those candies are worthless. Plus, you can only get commons or uncommens with those candies anyway.

I would definitely have to say unfair. 12 candies is only about 3 or 4 pets. Considering most of the Halloween pets will be uncommon (according to past experience), 3 or 4 uncommon 2011 Halloween pets are unfair for one rare 2010 Halloween pet. Even if one of the 2011 pets bought with the candies was a rare, that plus the other uncommons would still be unfair for the rare 2010 pet.
