CS Store Pet Guide
Store pets can be purchased with Chicken Dollars (C$), this website's virtual currency.
C$ can be purchased with real money, or through trading with other players.
Store pets are released once every two months. Once a store pet is retired, it is never put up for sale again, but you can trade them with other players if you want an older/retired store pet. Most store pets become Rare or Very Rare once they gain their rarity tags. The oldest of store pets are now OMGSR.
Current store pets can be bought individually here
Current store pets can be bought as a set for a discount here
Tess does not consider Store Pets to be part of a complete collection (2009). It is up to you as an individual whether or not you wish to trade for store pets or consider them part of your normal collection.

Trading Retired Store Pets
The following information should be kept in mind when trading retired store pets.
You should pay attention to the store pet's age (year of release) and rarity tag, but also...
- Older store pets are usually considered more valuable because they are usually rarer
- More popular store pets were bought more, so there are more around meaning they are lower rarity
- Less popular store pets were bought less, so there are less around meaning they are higher rarity
- Some pets could only be purchased as part of a full set, so they have a higher rarity than their littermates
- Store pets are usually Rare or Very Rare. The oldest retired store pets are now OMGSR.
- Store pets are never rereleased, so they increase in rarity compared to normal pets but only once per year.
- Store pets usually cost 20C$ when released, but are worth more once they are retired.

Store Pet Historical Information
Skelebun & Orange Cerberus were the first Store Pets. They were more expensive than other store pets, and only available from Oct - Nov 2009, although they were accidentally included in the first two rereleases. This makes them the most rare and valuable of store pets. Orange Cerberus was more expensive but more well liked, so more were purchased compared to Skelebun. This means Skelebun is the rarest of all store pets and this was why it was first to go OMGSR.
Drink Me & Eat Me were also released in Oct 2009, but were available until Feb 2010 so their rarity is lower. Drink Me was more popular than Eat Me so more were bought which is why it turned OMGSR after Eat Me did. This is the same for Green Liontail and Raven Dog, who are still Very Rare while their littermates are OMGSR. They have higher demand but also higher supply. More people like them, but there are more around.
Winged Green Android was the first store pet that could not be purchased individually, only as part of a set. This means this outcome is rarer than its littermates because less would have been bought. This will be the same for all store pets that are set exclusives (only available when you buy the full set). Even today there are store pets released this way.
Red Cerberus is one of only two Cerberus pets on the site. It was released a long time after Orange Cerberus, but some people mistake them for being littermates. When Orange Cerberus went OMGSR, traders started valuing Red Cerberus a lot higher in trades, and this misunderstanding may be part of the reason why. Orange Cerberus was one of the first store pets in 2009, while Red Cerberus was released in 2010.
Original Pet Prices
Orange Cerberus cost 44C$
Skelebun cost 35C$
Drink Me, Eat Me, Patchwork Dog, Raven Dog, Marionette Dog and Clockwork Bun cost 25C$
All other store pets cost 20C$ each unless they were set exclusives (sets are usually 50-60C$)
