Would this Trade be Fair?

I have the feeling I could get more for the Store Unicorn... If I'm correct, what is missing on their Side...?
As a bit "valuable" Pets, they only have 1 UC from Decb 2013 and then it jumps to UC's from Decb 2014.

Thanks already for any "precise" Feedback...

"Big" Dreamies: Animal Eggs [#1-#4](2009) + 'Husky'(2014). (Missing x4+1 in total...)
All Animal Eggs I already have are visible in this Group, with their corresponding Pet...

It is super unfair to you because the unicorn is a very rare and their oldest pet is only from 2010.
