Idk where else to show this but this staff doggie really reminded me of Alastor from Hazbin Hotel! So I thought I would share a little dressup of my eldritch demon pup (I wish I had more red clothing items but oh well)

I love making my staff pets an exploration of the self. Last year, I explored being autistic. This year, I explored my transition.

Meet my avatar of transformation. No name, pronouns are they/them. When I saw the colors for this staff litter I immediately knew I wanted to put antlers on this guy. It quickly turned into a metaphor for my transition, embracing delicacy and femininity while still growing into my newfound masculinity.

(Also I ADORE Owl City and I'm very honored it made you think of Fireflies!!)

I think next year I will keep the adolescent simple to make it more difficult to discern which is mine until its fully grown >:)

I must admit, my expectations for this pup weren't very high, but it has absolutely blown me away! I am LOVING this silly leafy pup, the detail work is amazing. Those are Calla Lillies on its tail if I remember my flowers correctly :3
