겨울 학기는 다 인터넷 강의여서 쭉 집에서 편한차림으로 뒹굴 예정이지만 새 학기는 언제나 설레네요 ㅎ

다들 몸 조심하시고... 새해 복 많이 받으시길..! 곧 상황이 나아져서 빨리 다시 한국 갈수있으면 좋겠네요 ㅜㅠ

I would recommend looking at ways to see how sentences are completed depending on formal/informal structures. While starting out, just focus on formal speech and forming complete sentences. The lingo and informal sentences can be picked up after your foundation is built :) Feel free to ask any specific questions you have while learning Korean!

좋은 (good) 연말 (Holiday break)을 보내셨으면 해요! I hope you have a good holiday season!
좋은 연말을 보내셨을길 바래요! I hope you had a good holiday season!

보내다 means send or also in this case, spend (time). 보내셨으면 is a form of the base word where you are hoping/if/wishing. This can be applied to most other verbs. IE: 웃다, 웃으셨으면 : smile, if (you) smile ; 읽다, 읽으셨으면 : read, if (you) read. 보내셨을길 is the past tense.

해요 is ofc the form of 하다 : to do. It’s converted into conversational honorific since you wouldn't often be speaking the sentence in a “base form”. This site explains this much more in detail. https://koreanjun.com/core-grammar/spee ... -ending-2/

Ah, thank you so much for your help! I do get stuck on sentence endings so I'm trying to speak/type in Korean more to get better at it. Honestly, I just need to use Korean more in general, got plenty of knowledge booping around that's not doing anything. I skimmed through this thread briefly and I've already learned some more grammar and words that I didn't know. I'll be saving that website and I'll be asking questions once I have any! Your Korean is quite good. I especially like that you use both ~다. and ~요. ending. It makes the sentences sound more natural.

삼겹살 좋죠! 고기는 언제나 좋아요.
전 한식보단 양식을 더 좋아하긴 하는데 제일 좋아하는 한식을 고르자면 게장을 가장 좋아해요.
간장게장, 양념게장 둘 다 좋고 새우장이나 전복장 같은 종류도 좋아요.
그런 반찬을 주로 밥도둑이라고 합니다.
