Nope, pets grow by them selves. There is no way to speed them up.

Otherwise, to answer your question, you can advertise your roleplaying thread in your signature. That's really the only thing I can think of, because posting a whole thread on it (that's not the actual roleplaying thread) or PMing people would be considered advertising spam. ^^; If you come across anything else, feel free to post here or PM another General Helper. c:

Otherwise, to answer your question, there are a few other ways to get store pets without C$ or without asking for trades. If you don't have C$, you'll have to trade for them to get them. Unless of course, you're good at art, you can check out the Art Competitions, Oekaki Competitions, or the CS Trades - Art for pets/pets for art board (here you can make a thread and show examples of your art and what you're willing to do for the pets you want). Otherwise, the only other place I can think of is CS Adoptables For Other (off-site trading) or Free Adoptions board.

For your question, there's a handy guide here I made about how to post images. The guide was made for a specific thread, so you only have to read the part about copying the image and pasting it into image tags (the rest is leaving a nice thread for the staff at a free adoptions thread, you don't have to do this since you're not posting it there).
