We're back open! Although we haven't received new stock yet. We do still plan to add new stickers soon, it just takes a while for them to be produced and delivered to us.

Yes, thats right. I also haven't seen something like this. Actually I just wanted to surpise my son with all the stickers. At least not all are damaged, so he could use 6 of them.
That looks awful, I'm sorry that happened to you! I have contacted the post office about that and they're going to get back to me about compensation. You may get either a full refund or a full replacement, I'll contact you when I've heard back from them
the packaging is pretty basic, we do it that way to keep the shipping cost as low as possible, but if many more get damaged like this then we may have to ship them in bubble envelopes as packages instead of letters which will cost a lot more
