COPPA members are members under 13 years old. Because of US law, they aren't allowed to post in fear that they may give out personal information unless they have permission from their parents.

i noticed the new improvements ages ago when i was sending someone a trade. At first i thought my computer was busted then second thought was does ask them to accept makes them accept then i thought wrong but nice idea from coppa players can talk from a list or whatever.

I love the changes for the COPPA members too. c: It makes trading easier I think, I already received trades from COPPAs with said messages. But for when I edit I'd really like to know what they could answer because then I could ask questions that they can actually answer. :3
So could we non-COPPAs get an overview too?
