1. What date did you register as a CS member?: Sat Jan 16, 2010.
2. How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 6786
3. Without posting your age, are you old enough (and willing) to risk seeing adult content when screening posts that are waiting for moderator approval:I am of age and willing to review such things.
4. How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Normally once a day, around 8 pm eastern US time.
5. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Two to three hours at a time.
6. Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them. None.
7. Now the important question: Why do you want to be a moderator for CS? Being a moderator for CS would be an amazing experience in my opinion. I know from a few friends on the team that you normally deal with all kinds of situations, and I feel that those kinds of things would broaden my horizon. I love to deal with all kinds of people, no matter where they are from or what their beliefs are, and I believe that on the internet, on CS, is the best place to do that everyday. I also love to keep things organized and active, and always try to work things out and help folks if they need my help. I have done some not so pretty things in my past, but I have been turning a new leaf so to speak and am trying to help everyone I can, and I think that being a global moderator would only strengthen my conviction to do so.
8. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation?) I was a Peer Mediator in my High School, and I was also a Peer leader in the school as well. A peer leader was basically this: Me and a partner were to pick a total of fifteen freshmen during our senior year, and during a 30 minute period in the middle of the day, we all got together and taught them about the way the school worked, where the helpful places, such as guidance offices were at in the school, and be friends with them to make the shift into high school a less painful one. I also took psychology classes, and tend to take a step back and look at things before I respond to them.
