New Features: Follow Oekaki Artists, Layer Masks

I really like the new features on chickenpaint2! its really nice!
But just as a heads up the program is sorta laggy, it jumps your pen and makes -what are supposed to be smooth- lines jagged and choppy. even when lowering the spacing tool or raising the smoothing tool a little- unless the smoothing tool is super high, it does this:

I really like the new paint but I would love it if the old layout [text style] was available. the text is kind of hard for me to read and im also having troubles returning to version 1 once I edit my drawing with version 2. other than that I love this! I can finally shade my drawings again!!

I love being able to see my buddie's drawings without having to go to their individual galleries <3 i love this feature the most

I LOVE the follow feature. It has allowed me to stalk when my favorite adoptables *cough Rise* put out new adopts =D I am eternally grateful for whomever made this feature possible!
