What would be your dream Summer Event theme??

I can see why others are against the camping/cryptids themes. We have a rare once in a lifetime opportunity to pick our summer event. It's unprecedented and it may not happen again. There's a lot of pressure for this summer event to be unique and have the wow factor because the idea will come from us.

I'd like to lean to more fantastical suggestions because camping is a common activity in the summer, I'm sure staff have thought about that theme before and it was probably the source of our 2019 summer event.

My dream summer event theme would be something unique and not seen on the site yet! I'm sure we'll get there I'm already digging a lot of suggestions like mythology and Hollywood among others.

Also neat!!! I am getting my microbiology degree and study a cell called Tetrahymena. Its a single celled organism- would be awesome to see pets/items based on this and other microbiological critters!

absolutely agree, would love a mad scientist lab themed summer event but imo i think that falls under halloween more.
On the side, I would love a galapagos themed event, theres a lot of potential. Or atleast one that pertains to animals from different islands.
edit: OR deep sea event.. that would def be insane. Think abt stuff like siphonophores.. omg id love a siphonophore pet..

Maybe a country/rural/farm event? I'm a sucker for natural designs but may be limiting on pet designs. Maybe even a city slicker visits the country (or other way around) for more diversity.

Or I saw the bug suggestion and thought it might pair well with a flower forest type event!

I also love the idea of an art gallery & studio. It would be great to showcase different mediums & styles! Lots of creative freedom for the artists and the free paint splotch items we already have could be expanded on for dress-up.

- forest camping/ski resort, maybe somewhat horror-focused with cryptids
- something science-focused might be cool, idk like the periodic table of elements came to mind, experiments, microscopic stuff (the above posts are great examples), etc
- also agreeing with the art-focused event, could do different art history styles/periods in a museum or gallery that is coming alive or something like that
