decided to pull all the stops and go crazy with custom edits for this one!
this one is also much overdo as i had actually originally started a completely
different file, my oekaki decided it didn't like my tablet and so this one is
done completely with my mouse. this fable is inspired lightly by the azure
dragons in WoW, thus, they have a large affinity for magic.
this fable is closed for claims as i will be seeing about either a ticket or
bypassing that with some lore i have in mind.
