pearl horses are cream colored with pink skin & blue (or rarely green eyes). also pearl is shown as "prlprl", not "PrlPrl", cause it's recessive (or whatever the name is). it's basically like flaxen "ff"
(i think correcting is a good idea if you want your work to be considered! your entries are pretty, it would be disappointing not to get taken just because your genetics aren't accurate)

So instead of Double Pearl it would just be considered a Black Pearl; going based off this quick
color guide I found, there seems to be a range of Black Pearl coats.

that could technically be a good color, even though they rarely are that brown, but the skin is always pink when a horse has double cream, pearl or champagne. same for the blue eyes (or green/hazel, but it's much rarer)
as for the first part, i don't really get what you mean? you do know that pearl doesn't show when it's alone, i assume. a pearl horse is always double pearl, unless it's a cream pearl. it's just that pearl is always written as "prl" instead of "Prl", even if it's a gene that shows on the coat

I actually rarely dabble with Pearl coats; they have never really been my style but wanted to try outside of my comfort coats 😅 So I appreciate the help with this haha. So the coat itself is fine it just the muzzle needs to be pink and the eyes need to be changed? Or does the coat not match it being a pearl at all? Or do I just need to change the PrlPrl to prlprl? (Even though I've been doing adopts off and on for a while, the genes still get me sometimes).

all there is to do is put pink skin on the nose & under the belly, and change the eyes to a pale color, and replace "Prl" by "prl". in general, all pale fur has pink skin underneath, and it also turns the eyes blue and makes the hooves pale (look at leg markings, face markings and white pattern genes in general), so it can be a little hard to remember that some dark perlino/pearl/champagne horses have pink skin too
