as a note, the eyes must always match the flame color unless your using an uncommon "unmatching eyes/flame" trait!
so that was changed to make them standard!

since the chicoon had been a fake before asking to be made into a myo, any changes done to the original design do not need an item! since the chicoon was fake, it is still fake until approved and editing a fake chicoon is completely free ^^
you don't need to use an item to change the eye color, approved!
