Here you can apply to become a staff member for Nightbounds!
Make sure to thoroughly read through everything before applying! ^^

Rules
⋇ Make sure to read through the species rules here as well as the artist rules/expectations here!
⋇ Please do not do covers! Linking your other entries is encouraged, but not required
⋇ Do not remove the fake sign or claim these designs as official unless they have been made official with a myo charm
⋇ If the artist allows, all legal designs may be claimed and made official with a MYO Charm of the same rarity
⋇ For nursery batches, they will only be claimable if I decide to let them be claimable, since they come from NPCs (this is mostly to moderate the amount of Mystical hatchlings)
⋇ It's highly encouraged for staff to join the Discord, as it makes it easier to keep the team up to date on things!


Applying for Artist(+ghost and guest)
⋇ Only 1 design is required to be considered for the position, but 2 or more is recommended to better show your abilities
⋇ Please make sure to mark whether your design is available to claim or not
⋇ You may make designs that are Classic, Uncommon, or Mystical rarity


Applying for Nursery Artist
⋇ You must make at least one hatchling and the growth for them. Doing more hatchlings and growths will increase your chance of being selected
⋇ Batches must be made from your choice of NPC Nbs here. More will be added soon, please only pick 2 parents
⋇ You may make designs that are Classic, Uncommon, or Mystical rarity. Keep in mind the limitations of Mystical rarity in breeding

Artist Positions
The various art positions Nightbounds offer! Please make sure to
thoroughly read though the position expectations before applying! ^^

Fulltime Artist current wages per complete month - 1 Uncommon MYO
+ 1 Mystical MYO first time joining

Fulltime artists are the backbone of the team. They can make unlimited adopts and custom per month, and can charge for them as well! They also have the ability to do Nursery batches, as well as growths and transfers. This position is very important and respected, and allows you to work in the most areas.

Position expectations/abilities
✦ Must make 2+ adopts per month to earn months wages
✦ Can charge for their adopts + customs - you are free to charge C$, pets, tokens, items, art, CS legal offsite currency (Flightrising, Dappervolk, etc.), and real world currency
Max Real World Dollar amount per NB is $50. You may not offer Ab or flatsale above this
✦ Artists may only charge for half of their adopts - Artists may make up to 5 paid adopts before they are required to make 5+ free adopts to even it out
✦ Artist must make at least 1 adopt per month to stay on team (artists may request vacations or hiatus to get time off)

Nursery Artist current wages per complete month - 1 Uncommon MYO or 1 breeding of their own NB
+ 1 Mystical MYO first time joining

Nursery artists are artists who are dedicated to breeding and growths. They can do unlimited breedings, and are required to help out with growths sometimes as well. They are allowed to charge for both breeding slots as well as growths. This position can be both fun and busy, and is one of best paying if you're willing to do the work.

Position expectations/abilities
✦ Must make 1+ nursery opening per month to earn months wages
✦ Can charge for their breeding + growths - you are free to charge either C$ or Pets, no other currency is allowed
Max C$ amount per breeding slot is 200C$
✦ There is no set limit to free vs paid breeding slots or growths, may be implemented later!
✦ Artist must make at least 1 breeding per month OR 1 Growth per month to stay on team (artists may request vacations or hiatus to get time off)

Ghost Artist current wages per 2 adopt - 1 Uncommon MYO

Ghost artists are artists who don't have to follow as strict of a schedule. In exchange for a lax monthly requirement, they earn less wages, cannot charge for their adopts, and do not have the ability to do customs, breeding, or growths. This position is helpful for those who are already stretched thin, but still want to help sometimes!

✦ Ghost artists must make at least 1 adopt every 3 months to stay on team
✦ Cannot charge for their adopts, however can hold "charity" auctions, OTA, or Flatsales for C$ or pets with all proceeds going to the Nightbound Rehoming Service (currently unavailable till service is set up)

Guest Artist current wages for complete month - 1 Uncommon MYO

Guest artists are for when the staff team gets full. This position is meant to help get the best artists in the team when there is a limit on available room. It may also be used when we're unsure whether a person will make good staff or not. This position is currently unavailable, we're only looking for more long-term staff right now! ^^

Position expectations/abilities
✦ Are only employed for 1 month, but may be employed as a guest artist again later
✦ Cannot charge for their adopts, however can hold "charity" auctions, OTA, or Flatsales for C$ or pets with all proceeds going to the Nightbound Rehoming Service (currently unavailable till service is set up)
✦ They may make anywhere from 2-6 adopts in their employment month (+4 event adopts if event is happening)
✦ If you've never been a closed species artist before, you may request this position to do a sort of trail run
✦ Guest artists may be offered long term positions (fulltime, nursery, or ghost) at the end of their employment month. Those who are not offered long term positions may reenter for Guest artist another month

Moderator current wages per month - 50C$ or 1 Uncommon MYO

Moderators keep everything friendly and free of toxicity. They are required to join the NB Discord, and help out the community there as well as the Fanclub forum on CS. They help answer questions, encourage conversations and community bonding, and help resolve conflict or sensor issues. This position is pretty active and is great for extroverts or people who are great at helping resolve conflict.

✦ Ghost artists must make at least 1 adopt every 3 months to stay on team
✦ Cannot charge for their adopts, however can hold "charity" auctions, OTA, or Flatsales for C$ or pets with all proceeds going to the Nightbound Rehoming Service (currently unavailable till service is set up)

Rehoming Service current wages per month - 1 Uncommon MYO

The rehoming service position is a simple position given to 1 person. They are to run a forum on CS where people can Leave unwanted NB in exchange for NB there or MYO charms. This can be paired easily with other positions such as artist or mod, and shouldn't take up to much time.

✦ Are only employed for 1 month, but may be employed as a guest artist again later
