Expectations wrote:I like to keep things pretty lax here, but I do have some basic expectations for our staff. My big rule is that any artists applying will need to be a member of our discord server. This is where a lot of important information and big decisions are made and we want to be able to hear from every staff member. I also appreciate having artists keep up to date with me when there are any long absences - we do NOT have an activity rule or anything that requires you be constantly working. But if you will be away for a month or more, please let me know! Folks who disappear for months and months without a word will eventually be removed. Our only other big stipulation is that this adopt is never meant to be run as a 'pay to play' sort of deal - if you only show up to do auctions/customs and never create free adopts or interact in the community, you will not be welcome here anymore. Artists are welcome to create one free custom for themselves per month (edits that follow species rules are fine, rare tier or below, otherwise there are not limitations) and have no rules on doing as many personal breedings as desired so long as they continue to create some free adopts for the community each month.
Now, for some rules!
. Do not use these lines for anything other than creating artist entries. CS mods will be notified if you are found plagiarizing.
. Do not remove the artist signature for any reason
. Do not remove the fake background or attempt to remove the fake sign on the lineart
. Do not shade/highlight anything - I want to see your design work only
. No edits to the body are allowed, but mane/tail line edits are permitted
. You may create custom tack/accessories to showcase your lineart skills if desired, but it may not alter the main lines
. If you struggle with genetics or want help to create the genotypes for your entries please PM me anytime! Writing 'WIP' in the genotype section until you get some help is completely fine
. Please create at least one appaloosa or other spotted pattern to show off your spotty skills
. Try to make at least 2-3 very different entries to show some variety, no limits on how many you can make
. Follow ALL species rules and guidelines
