Question; If we do end up as artists for this species, will we be able to edit lines later on..?

Hello again! I have a couple questions. ^^'
First: What does the R/Y/O mean under traits displayed? And why are the letters sometimes capitalized and sometimes not/one or two are capitalized? ^^'
Secondly, when do I use upper and lower caps in the genetics string? At first I thought upper caps meant the trait was shown/carried, like, for example Dcc on your main example, the D means the dark colors are shown and if they were to carry the dark colors, but not show them, then it would read dCc... Ugh... I already feel lost. I can't even explain what I'm confused about. Would it be possible for you to go in depth about the meaning of the individual letters in a single generic code (again, could just use Dcc) and what different capitalizations mean..? It's ok if you don't want to take the time to explain, but I'd like to understand if you were willing. Genetics have always been a mystery to me ^^"

Edit: 2 more questions! ^^"
Would adding items be considered a line edit if they are removable and if not, then would they have a rarity or could you just put however many on as you like regardless or rarity?
Secondly, when do colors count as bright and when do the count as dark? I noticed on your most recent hellund that they seem to have black and white as part of their color scheme but don't have either dark or bright colors as part of their traits list so I am a little confused about what does and doesn't count there. ^^'

R/Y/O means Red/Yellow/Orange flames. :)

I've actually put an example for you on the first page here. :) That post outlines how the genetics work. More or less, the first set is shown, the second is carried but not shown, and the 3rd is shown but will not pass down to offspring. The 3rd one doesn't happen often, and is mostly used for rarer traits.

You may add items. I don't really consider them line edits, as they are separate things, but I will recommend that you put them on a 4th entry. Simply so I can see what you're capable of for coloring first. :) Bright colors are shown in most of them. The most recent one doesn't have bright colors because it's a more natural coat style, but if you look at the others, you'll see they do. Most hellunds can carry both bright and dark colors.

I hope this helps some. :)
