Was for the Rise Background Comp but since i didn't win i'll probably finish them on my own time or drop them depending on motivation.
Current plan for these is that they become a P2U background pack. I'll allow them to be used for competitions and adopts as long as you paid me first p much. However I cannot guarantee them getting done any time soon ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
