I accidently messed up the layers at first but this is what it came out with, critique?

Added: More stars, "Sparkle" around stars.

i dont want to sound mean but you did ask for a critique... you should use a smaller size brush for the stars n' stuff, & for a tip might want to put like a smaller opacity star around it so it looks like its glowing ^-^ i'm not sure if that made sense but you get a rough idea P: i think XD
