OMG idk if this ref for what I have on mind but all I can think of ASAP is "Once Upon A Time" show I watched!!!!
OMG totally makes me think of it

reason is because in the show there was the sign for entering storybrooke, and is magical.. leaving that zone in certain curses had made u forget everything. They don't know they've been there when standing at the road so yeah that's what makes me think of
