Hi everyone!

I wanted to touch base with the community and give some updates!

Artist Search
As of today, we have a new artist search up. We have had a few staff leave us recently so we are very keen for newbies! If you are interested in becoming staff, we would love to have you! If you've applied in the past and not been contacted, please don't let that discourage you from applying again. Any experience in other adopts is great, but I'm just as happy to bring on people who haven't worked as an artist before.

Events
I have also whipped up a new event schedule which we will follow going forward! The next event coming up will be for Christmas. Seasonal events will follow UK seasons as the breed originated there. There will be four major events each year, with a special adopt releases on minor holidays such as Valentine's Day.



Valentine's Day: 14th February

Spring Bloom: 11th March - 1st April
Ah, Spring - a time of new life, and most importantly, adorable foals! During the Spring Bloom, the focus will be on breeding and foals. Foals will be available for adoption, and when breeding your chances of getting rare results are greatly enhanced! Event genes that normally cannot pass have a chance to be inherited by foals bred during the Spring Bloom.

St Patrick's Day: 17th March

Easter: Easter Sunday (April)

Pride: 1st June

Summer Solstice: 14th - 28th June
The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. This event celebrates the mythology associated with Britain, and special-lined adopts will be released with event markings.

Autumn Round-Up: 11th September - 1st October
Many Feroxes roam on the moors and mountains of Britain. During the Autumn Round-Up, they are collected and sold to thin herd numbers and keep populations under control. Adopts released during this event are likely to have special line edits. Users can request ponies with particular features, and can train and tame them!

Halloween: 30th October

Christmas: 14th - 25th December
To celebrate Christmas and the Winter Solstice, themed adopts will be released each day up to Christmas Day. Line edits and event markings are a feature of this event! Additionally, a community Christmas Tree will be set up where gifts can be given and taken.


Item Changes
A number of items have been removed for various reasons: Mutation Serum (Types A, B and C), Fertility Extender, White Adder, Gender Change, Eye Colour Change, and Gene Editor. None of these items are currently owned by anyone, so don't worry about losing items!

Customs and Breedings
We also have a new customs thread, and a new breeding thread. Having separate threads will hopefully make them a little cleaner and make it easier to find artist custom hubs.

Customs now are only available via the Custom Ticket items. You may only request customs if you have a Custom Ticket. To balance this, customs now no longer cost anything. You can receive Custom Tickets by participating in events and competitions.

Competitions
The competitions thread has had a bit of a facelift. I can also announce that competitions will be opening on October 20th - in 3 weeks' time! There is still a little bit of work to do on my end to make sure they are ready to go, so please keep an eye on the competitions thread as more info is added.

New Foal Lines
Just a fun little announcement to finish off - I am working on some updated foal lines! I don't have a date yet for when these will be available, but it should be within the next month <3
