BREED INFORMATION
South Island Fjords is a recently discovered breed of horse. They are a cross of Fjords with Quarter Horses, Paints, and Appaloosas to get the wide range of colors while maintaining the strong and stout build of a Norwegian Fjord as well as their unique two-toned mane. South Island Fjords stand at 12.9 - 14 hands high, slightly taller than their Norwegian cousins. Today they're commonly used as trail horses and parade ponies but can be used for almost any discipline except for jumping and racing. There is a large portion who have been released into the wild on their own private island, so you may have either wild or domestic fjords.

- Respect all CS rules & Staff as well as species staff -
- SIF Moderator's word is final, if you have an issue with one of the moderators you may privately message me (Butter Dragon) with your concern -
- There is no limit to how many you can own -
- Do not edit the original image of your SIF -
- Do not make your own or claim a non-SIF to be within the species -
- SIF may be traded or gifted, but not sold at this time -
- For an ownership change, the original/current owner must make a post on the SIF's page stating who they are transferring ownership to -

- You must own a SIF for 14 days before breeding it -
- Each SIF gets 4 breeding slots -
- Inbreeding is not permitted, while mistakes may happen it is expected that you have taken the time to make sure the SIF you are breeding are not related. If it is found that they are you will receive a warning -
- For a SIF to breed they must have their slots listed on a storage page somewhere -
- You may trade SIF slots, not sell them -
- Any slot caveats (ie if you require a slot to the foal, only want the breeding slot used with a specific partner etc.) must be visible in the permission screenshot or it will not be considered required to follow by the receiver of the slot -
- Slot "permissions" must be a screenshot that includes both user's usernames, and the name of the SIF whose slot is being given -
- SIF may be in any relationships, but currently only are able to breed stallion x mare -
