Shelter For Angels is not a closed or unique species, instead being a hub for various artists to be able to promote their designwork while also educating on genetics to the members that wish to participate! We do not include fantastical unique genetics or breeds, and instead choose to focus on being as accurate as we can without breaking our wrists.

As a non species group however, you are free to use the design outside of SFA entirely or transfer to a different group (so long as the artist is notified and their ToS allows). Please support your local artists and designers <3

As we are not a species, we do not have a singular Terms of Service or Species Rule List. Instead we promote our individual artist’s ToS and as such you must abide by their ToS with their individual designs. If you do not, you will not be allowed to participate further in this group going forward.

"What is a Token?" A Token or SFA Token is the group's store currency! Outside of customs, you will only be able to purchase items from the Shelter Shop Stop using Tokens, and will not be able to trade them for CS pets, C$, USD, or any other currency. You can however earn them through HMs, challenges, SFA games, or submitting non challenge/competition writing and art to the designated form on the Challenge thread!

How do I know how many Tokens I have? You have to keep track of your tokens but we will always notify you when you receive tokens! Please make sure to keep them linked and referenceable so we know how many you have at any time.

How do I know what items/how many items I have? Same to tokens you have to keep track of your items and when you use them. As most items effect an artist's work, please contact an artist when you want to use an item or if you have used an item and remove it from your personal tracker.

Some words of advice; Contact the artist of the pet you want to change visually or genetically before purchasing an item. If you contact them you should ask them if they are willing to add/change the specific thing you'd be purchasing for that pet, to avoid purchasing and then needing to refund afterwards.

Genetics and Breeds; All artists in SFA are taking into account the possible genetics within purebreds as well as any genetic specifics in regards to coats into account before making any changes. Please keep this in mind when purchasing or using items and requesting changes.
