As the expedition party approached the crumbling structure, they all took a long look at their maps. The curling, yellowed paper was barely legible, but there was no doubt about it- these were the ruins of an ancient temple! They began to discuss amongst themselves in whispers, nearly drowned out by the wind that whipped through the canyon.

"Perhaps there's treasure inside!" One goobie called out, over the roaring wind. If one paid any mind to their surroundings, they'd be able to tell that the current was growing stronger.

"BEGONE!"

A resounding voice boomed from within the structure and bounced off of the steep canyon walls; it was like a clap of thunder, sending the startled goobies scattering behind dusty outcroppings. Peeking out from behind the rocks, the expedition party caught sight of the owner of that resounding voice-- another goobie with six legs and a single eye that contained multiple irises. Fearing that they'd angered an ancient deity, the expedition party fled the scene, leaving the strange guardian of this ancient place behind...
