Here we specialize in creating unique companions for people of all ages!

Our main focus right now are Daemons. These loveable creatures belong to the Canidae family, along with dogs, wolves, and foxes. They are perfect for companionship and protection; some have even been trained as service pets or for search and rescue operations! With a fair amount of training, Daemons can learn any human language! All Daemons know how to understand and speak English before being placed up for adoption.

All Daemons have at least one glass horn that showcases their synthetic blood, as well as a "Daemonium" collar where all their information is stored. However, each Daemon is made to be unique. No two Daemons will look the exact same. While it is typically in a Daemon's nature to be friendly, playful, and protective, they have their own personality: just like you and me!

It is not uncommon for Daemons to have features belonging to other members of the Canidae family, such as floppy ears, or a bushy tail. Employees advanced in gene splicing will occasionally splice a Daemon's genes to give it features of creatures outside the Canidae family, such as gills or a mane. There is even a chance for a Daemon to be given wings or multiple tails!

Failure to follow the below rules will result in a warning. Multiple instances of rule breaking can result in being banned from the species. If serious enough, it is possible to receive an instant ban with no warnings, however we try our best to be understanding.

1. Always be kind and respectful. Bigotry will not be tolerated.
2. Contact -Phantom- if you are having issues with a staff member.
3. Do not make your own Daemon without a proper Custom ticket, unless you acquire permission from -Phantom-.
4. Do not steal this species design or any designs made within this species.
5. Credit the base creator, cosmokid., as well as the artist who created your Daemon. Do not remove any signatures.
6. Link back to the species when taken offsite.
7. Follow artists' TOS, if they have any.
8. Unless otherwise stated, Daemons may be gifted or resold for whatever you paid for them plus the value of additional art, so long as the new owner has agreed to the species’ rules. Please post to the archive thread using the appropriate form so the archive can be updated.
9. Daemons may not be gifted or sold to users banned from the species. See the bottom of this post for a list of any and all banned users.
10. Daemons may not be gifted or sold to users who are blocked by the artist of said Daemon.
11. Banned users may keep their Daemons, but any Custom tickets or other items are voided and will not be refunded.
12. Splices/traits can be added onto a previously existing Daemon so long as the proper item is used.
13. Designs may be transferred out of this species, but only with the artist and -Phantom-’s permission.
14. Designs may be transferred into this species, but only with the proper Custom ticket, as well as permission from the creator of the original design.
15. Anyone may create customs or add an item to an existing Daemon for someone else, however the owner of the Daemon must provide the custom ticket or edit item. You may charge anything for this service, however only artists may charge real currency.
16. -Phantom- holds the ability to add to and update these rules as needed.

Artist Guidelines

1. Follow Chicken Smoothie’s art rules and Oekaki rules.
2. Have a clear closing date and/or goal (March 6th, two weeks from posting, etc.), and stick with it. Times may be extended, but must have a clear extension time and close at the end of it.
3. List the Daemon's rarity and splices/traits upon posting. (If unsure of Daemon's rarity, contact -Phantom- for clarification.)
4. Include this disclaimer on each Daemon (does not have to be included on customs):

5. Fill out the reference section for each adopt you make.
6. Do not make more than 1 rare adopt per month, unless prior approval from -Phantom- is received.
7. Do not make any mythical Daemons without prior approval from -Phantom-. These are typically saved for milestones.
8. Delete any and all unused layers.
9. You may create custom Daemons and use edit items for other people, so long as they provide the ticket/item. You may charge for these services. This is not required, and does not count towards your monthly quota.
10. Payment is based on the honor system. You will be in charge of keeping track of yourself.

Full Time Artists
Required to make a minimum of two adopts per month; at least one of which must be a free adopt. If you are unable to make your monthly quota, please let -Phantom- know.

If unable to meet the quota for 3-5 consecutive months, artist will be placed on hiatus and will not receive payment for those months.

If unable to meet the quota for 6+ consecutive months, artist will be transferred to part time or removed, but may reapply for full time when ready.

Part Time Artists
No monthly quota, however at least half of the adopts made each month must be free.

Artist Payment
Artist Custom tickets last 2 months, after that, they expire.
Artists will be trusted to keep track of their own custom tickets.

• 2-3 adopts = 1 rare custom ticket or 2 uncommon and below custom tickets
• 4-5 adopts = 1 rare custom ticket and 2 uncommon and below custom tickets or 4 uncommon and below tickets
• 6+ = 2 rare custom tickets and 2 uncommon and below custom tickets or 6 uncommon and below tickets

Daemons belong to the Canidae family. Gene splices that come from other members of the Canidae family are most common. Advanced gene splicing the come from outside the Canidae family are more rare.
