Custom + Minor Change Requests

- After the custom is finished, you'll be allowed to make minor change requests. You may request change to quantity of markings, amount of white and only base if it doesn't affect amount of time consumed to change.
- May request skull face markings, but not color change.
- May pick 1 mutation
