What are Kibbins?
Kibbins are soft, doughy cats that hatch from mysterious orbs. These orbs can be found floating in the Silver Stream; it's as simple as plucking one out and waiting for it to hatch! The Kibbins inside can come in all shapes and colors, ranging from natural to completely unnatural!
How does this work?
Kibbins are originally found in orbs floating down the Silver Stream. When one is pulled out, you can see that it has a hazy pinkish color, almost like fogged glass! The orbs are very delicate, although inside you can make out the faint image of a strange object! These are called orb hints. Orb hints give you an idea of what kind of kibbin may hatch! Take Sprout, our mascot, for example! When I pulled Sprout's orb from the stream, all I could make out was the faint image of a bright green leaf; so when Sprout hatched with a lil...well..sprout.. on his head, it didn't come as a surprise!
These hints may show on a hatched kibbin in the form of an object or as a marking! There's hearsay that sometimes the kibbin's actual body can change to reflect the orb hint, but we haven't seen anything like that so far!
