Mascots are designed to act as "unowned starters" for members who do not have a Tolter yet, and need help getting one! While the horses themselves are not up for adoption, their slots are given out to help members get their first Tolter through the route of breeding. If you are not a new member and want a slot from one of the mascots, they are occasionally purchasable with Gold Coins won through the Eventing Arena!
Mascots are pre-created, and are often used during events as NPCs. They have an unlimited amount of slots that can be given out/sold, though their slots are most commonly used as starters for new members. They never retire from use, and remain to be owned by the species itself.
