Wands are Starcatcher's tool of life, specifically because with their wands they catch Stars, which can be processed into:

Stardust or Silver stardust, Starcatchers currency.
Or kept to be transformed into:

Star Pets, depending on the amount of stars collected!

MYO tickets of varying rarities!

Or even Parenthood Tokens that can be used in the parenthood nursery!

Wand Types

Wand types are more adept at catching different types of stars, and each of them has different catchrates in general. Ranging from low catch rate to legendary catch rate, each different type of net serves a different purpose.

All nets have some sort of pole, there are no non-pole/fishing nets.

CR: Catch Rate
SCR: Special Catch Rate

Low Catch Rate net types:
Long-pole nets, standard circular shape, solid color, short net, plastic base.
CR: 15%
SCR: 1%

Standard Catch Rate net types:
Long-pole nets, standard geometric shapes[no stars], medium-short net, sturdy plastic base.
CR: 25%
SCR: 3%

Medium Catch Rate net types:
Long-medium pole nets, non-geometric shaped net, medium net, sturdy plastic/metal base.
CR: 50%
SRC: 5%

High Catch Rate net types:
Medium-short pole nets, any shaped net, any pole length, long net, bamboo/wood/other pole
CR: 75%
SRC: 8%


Legendary Catch Rate net types:
Any previously listed traits and the ability to have a sentient handle, usually of an insect or other animal.
