guidelines
you can not edit a ticket once it's been posted | any participation in a ticket will count towards your cooldown (this includes items)
you must wait 30 days from your last accepted ticket to post another one
one breeding will result in 1-4 kits (rolled randomly) | all legendary rolls will be done with two or more staff present (via discord)
rockoons can be any sexual orientation and gender and may breed with any sexual orientation and gender | inces​tuous relationships and relationships involving kits with adults are not allowed.
users may not pm an artist about breeding slots. they will remain public so everyone has a fair chance | all breeding items must be on the breeding ticket | your form can not specify more or less weight
