Hello traveler! Welcome to Valarikiria! I'm Anora Maekrix, Queen of the Austrat Sveargiths.

We're happy to have you here. You may be wondering; "What is Valarikiria?" Well, Valarikiria is the world where Austrat Sveargiths, Cryscentials, and many other diverse Species live. You're currently in Austrat Territory, the land I rule over. My kin and I's appearance is a bit hard to explain, though the Earth animals -- real and myth -- we more closely resemble are Wolves, Dragons, and Horses if that helps. You'd have to visit the cities in order to see and understand the diversity. Why don't we go ahead and head to the capital?

Status, Rules, and Warnings+Punishments
Status

Rules
Note: Everyone has to read the General, Adopt, MYO, and Custom Rules. You do not have to read the Rights Holder, Artist, and Guest Artist Rules if you do not have those positions
General Rules:
1. Do not claim the Species as your own
2. If you aren't interested in the Species anymore and you're leaving or you were Banned you will have the option to transfer them out of the Species and delete/not use the Austrat version, re-adopt them yourself, or hand them over to the Staff so they can decide what to do with them
3. Do not attempt to Guilt Trip anyone for anything
4. Don't steal other people's stuff
5. All characters must be added to the Archives
6. Certain Punishments for Rule Breaking may limit the rarity and amount of characters someone can own
7. Don't be rude to Staff Members, Community Helpers, or anyone else in the community

Adopt Rules:
1. Adopts can only be made by Staff Members, Artists, Guest Artists, and people who have Rights
2. Read the artist's ToS if they have one

MYO Rules:
1. Everyone has 3 Common starting MYO Slots
2. You are not allowed to sell the Austrats you make with your 3 starting MYO Slots, though you can gift/trade them
3. Mods can make as many Commons, Rares, and Legendaries as they want along with as many adopts of the three rarities that they want
4. Owners and Co-Owners can make all rarities, including Divines, which is reserved for only the Gods and Demi-Gods
5.All MYOs must be approved by a Staff Member before they are official

Custom Rules:
1. Customs can only be made by Staff Members and people who have Rights
2. Read the artist's ToS if they have one

Rights Holder Rules:
1. Rights can only be obtained from buying them and as prizes from certain Events
2. Rights Holders can make 3 Customs/Adopts per week
3. Rights Holders can make the Rarities their Rights say they can
4. Rights can be stripped from people if they break too many rules

Artists Rules:
1. Artists can only be added after their 5 Adopts if the Staff Members deem them fit for the position
2. Artists must make at least 1 Adopt a Month
3. If an Artist gives the Owner a beforehand note stating that they can't make this months adopt and why then they will be excused and can miss that months adopt without penalty, if they abuse this rule they will be demoted
4. Artists can not make Customs
5. Artists will receive 1 MYO (rarity depends based on quality of work and amount of work done) for them to use after every 3-5 Adopts made
6. Artists can make Commons, Rares, and Legendaries

Guest Artist Rules:
1. Guest Artists can only be added by trying out/signing up for the position
2. Guest Artists can create up to 5 Adopts
3. Guest Artists can become Artists after their 5 Adopts if the Staff Members deem them fit for the position, or they can try out/sign up again if they only want the position to be temporary
3. Guest Artists can not make Customs
4. Guest Artists will receive 1 MYO (Rarity depends based on quality of work) for them to use after they make their 5 Adopts
5. Guest Artists can make Commons and Rares

Reasoning and Proof is stored in a file on Drive that only Staff Members have access to.

Rule Breaking - Penalties:
Stage 1 - Warning:
The person will be given a warning based on what they did to get in trouble. Nothing else is affected.

Stage 2 - Penalty:
The person will not be able to purchase/obtain any Adopts/Customs/MYOs that are Legendary or Divine (only Commons and Rares). They will also not be allowed to participate in certain Events. If they were a Staff Member they will be stripped of their status and they are not allowed to enter future Staff Member Try-outs. If they were an Artist, Guest Artist, or Species Helper they will be stripped of their status and they are not allowed to enter future Try-outs. If they had Rights their Rights may be revoked without a refund.

Stage 3 - Ban:
The person is banned, meaning they are not allowed to do anything related to the Species. Banned users will be able to transfer their Austrats to other Species, or the characters will be handed over to Staff so they can decide what to do with them. If they bought anything they will not be refunded.
