"Water Anomalies" aka; Whuttas, are (although a little strange) tiny creatures sought out to make a great companion. They have a variety of different colors and can range from 30 to 40 cm (11.8-15.7 inches) in height. Whuttas were discovered in the dense rainforests of the Rainier National park of Washington state. It is unclear where they came from, but many scientists suggest the small, raptor-like creatures were previously cave-dwellers, ergo unspotted for centuries as they explored the underground of the volcanic mountain.

They are named after their Cloud-like fur behind their shoulders!

v Be polite to all members of the community
v Create any type of character from your Whutta (no limits to personality, gender, background, etc.)
v Participate in adopts, competitions, and Whutta events
v Adopt as many Whuttas as you would like! no limit!
v trade whuttas for other whuttas, characters, art, or other species.
v sell your whuttas if you bought it for art, da points, fr currency, or c$s
v make companions for your whuttas
v change your whuttas name, pronouns, or personality whenever you want!
v PM Buzz Aesthetic if you have any questions!

DO NOT ....

x Make your own Whutta without permission from the owner (aka, customs or myos)
x Modify or revamp the design on your Whutta
x Create Whuttas based off copyrighted characters
x Beg for or ask for free whuttas (to staff or community members)
x Complain about not winning adopts, not being fast enough, or not having the currency requested.
x try to change your whuttas Archive number.
x Sell a Whutta that was not bought for da points, fr currency, or c$s
x Trade a whutta for cs pets/items or fr dragons/items
x add edits or traits that are not included in the 'non rarity' category to your whutta without permission/an item
x Attempt to create a character "inspired" by our species. While i cant copyright the species' traits i wont hesitate to give you a warning if i think your character/species is too similar.

REQUIRED FOR STAFF ....

v Be polite to all members of the community
v Edits should be listed for every whutta created.
v Main adopt artists should make at least 2 batches every month
v Nursery artists should open at least 2 batches every month
v Artists who complete their monthly batches will earn an uncommon myo
v Artists who complete more then their monthly batches will earn better myos (see customs pages)
v Artists who fail to complete their batches without reason can/will be fired
v Competitions should be completed within 10 days of their posted end date
v An end date should be listed for every whutta created.
v Artists can sell customs, adopts, or nursery batches but they do not count towards to monthly minimum
v there is no staff limit to the prices of adopts or etc.
